Payment

All of our prices are inclusive of taxes and shipping charges are clearly displayed as soon as you put anything in your shopping cart – so no nasty surprises after you’ve spent some time shopping!

Payment is due at the point of ordering, and can be by credit/debit card or PayPal. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express (via Stripe) and PayPal (credit cards also accepted via PayPal).

Security

The only personal items of information we hold are your name, address and email address as entered on the order processing form. Purely for audit purposes we will retain copies of all transactions. No credit card or personal information is ever retained on our computer databases or in any other format.

We do not pass you to an encrypted server just for payment processing, our whole website is SSL secure (https://), encrypting all data and keeping it private.

Airsoft Central will never pass any of your personal details onto any other company with the exception of our designated delivery company.

All payment details are processed through either Stripe or PayPal secure payment gateways, no details are held on file.

Stock Situation

All items on our shop show the current stock situation, however in the unlikely event of an item showing as in stock when ordered, but is not available you will be advised on the situation and asked how you would like to proceed. A full refund can be issued through the same payment method the order was originally paid using, if that is your wish.

Stock colour code system:

• Green: The item is in stock in the UK and is ready for dispatch
• Orange: The stock level is low, but is ready for dispatch
• Red: The item is either a special order item or is not in stock. If if sales are allowed, we will ship the whole order once the backordered item has arrived back into stock.
